Phebe Auckland Ofterdinger

Phebe Lucy (Auckland) Ofterdinger, 84 of Atlanta, formerly of Trevose, PA, died July 28th, 2009 of Bile duct cancer. Her immediate family includes daughter Gail Ofterdinger-Ledgister and son-in-law Dr. Fragano Ledgister of Atlanta. She was married for 43 years to the late Albert Ofterdinger. She retired from First Pennsylvania Bank in 1988. The family wishes to thank the staff of Piedmont Hospital and Hospice Atlanta fro their efforts of care over the past two months. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. BOX 22719, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718 or www.cancer.org.

    Aunt Phebe left her life on earth, but she left her caring and sweetness with all who knew her. I know my family&singleqoutess fondest memory of Aunt Phebe was her great knitted slippers! We love our Phebe&singleqoutess and will cherish them always! She will be missed.
