Virginia Morgan Duncan, age 42 of Douglasville, died Thursday, December 11, 2008. She is survived by her husband, Roque Rene Ruiz Jr.; father, George Hall Duncan Jr. of Florida,sister, Kit Connelly of Florida; brothers, Mike Duncan of Oklahoma, Jeff Duncan of Florida, several neices and nephews. The family will hold a private memorial service later in the month.
