Richard Wayne Ward, age 88 of Hiram, died Friday evening at his residence after an extended illness. He is survived by his wife, Doris Lee Ward of Hiram; son, Chris and wife Cathy Ward also of Hiram.
A postal mail carrier by trade, Richard Wayne Ward also served in the United States Armed Forces. He was be interred at the Georgia National Cemetery , Canton, GA in March.
