Rachael Cebada-Perez

Rachael Cebada-Perez, age 55, of Carrollton, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Rachael was born on Thursday, July 23, 1970. Rachael's life was enriched by her deep love for her grandchildren, who were her pride and joy. She had a passion for cleaning, not only as her occupation but as a personal joy. Rachael was a self-employed home cleaner and found great satisfaction in organizing and cleaning other's spaces. If you didn't find her cleaning, you could easily find her thrifting for gems for her loved ones at the local Goodwill or dollar days at Robinson Salvage!

She is survived by her daughter Brittiany Byas, her husband Timothy Byas Jr., and their son, Tripp; her sons, Jarad Green, his wife Bonnie, and their children, Arri, Penelope, and Dalton; Kaleb Green and his partner Jerome; and Kyle Green and his partner Brian; her parents, Larry and Diane Franklin; her siblings, Brady Franklin, his wife Ashley, and their daughter, Addison; and Teresa Hammond, and her children Savanna Ryan, Harley Hammond, and Christopher Hammond; and the father of her children, Shelm Green.
