Paul Foster Gragg Jr. age 71 of Lithia Springs died Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at his residence. He was a Veteran of the US Navy and also worked for thirty-three years as a steelworker for Atlantic Steel Company. He was married to Carolyn Byrd. A memorial service will be planned for a later date by the family.
