Mr. Wendell Larry Harper, Sr., age 76, of Winston, Georgia passed away on March 29, 2017. Mr. Harper was born in Atlanta, Georgia to Wade & Anne Nell Harper. He worked as a Machinist in the Tool & Dye Division for Lockheed. He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his wife Frances and son, Larry Harper, both of Winston, Georgia.
