June A. Rose, 90, passed away peacefully on January 25, 2012. She is survived by her 3 children, Ellen Rose, Hanley Rose and Peggy Rose Smith, a brother, Marvin Allen. She had 6 grandchildren Rusty Ruus, Dana Ruus Johnson, Lauren Smith Reese, Brian Smith, Damon Rose, Nicole Rose and 12 great-grandchildren.
June was a consumate lover of the Arts, she was a jazz dancer with the Ruth Mitchell Dance Company and an accomplished artist, her most famous work, being the coveted "Suzy Smoking".
A private family Memorial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. She left behind a legacy of family, love and memories and will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
