Mr. Harris Grimes, age 75 of Hiram, formerly of Riverdale, died Friday, August 19, 2011 at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Joretha Anne Grimes; son, Michael Grimes of Powder Springs; daughters, Alesia Stone of Dallas, Karen Apodaca of Powder Springs, Dana Bradley of Powder Springs; 5 grandchildren; and extended family consisting of the Phillips and Hendricks families.
He was a member of the United States Armed Forces serving his county in the Navy, a service and sales technician of office equipment and also a 3 year member of Faith Christian Fellowship of South Cobb.
A celebration of life service will be held on 2:00 PM, Saturday, August 27, 2011 at Faith Christian Fellowship of South Cobb in Mableton.
