Cynthia Louise Cooper, age 60, of Stone Mountain, GA passed away on Feb. 11, 2014 following a long illness. A native of Fulton, NY, Cindy attended Duke University in Durham, NC, before making her home in the metro Atlanta area, where she worked for the Internal Revenue Service for many years.
