Carol Taylor Kelly, 66 years old, of Smyrna, Georgia, completed her life journey on November 16, 2013 and has gone to meet God face to face. Carol was born in New Orleans, Louisiana February 20, 1947. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Phinney and Gene Taylor, her brother William P. Taylor and her stepson Chad Christopher Kelly.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Larry R. Kelly, her son Kevin, daughter Kimberly, stepson Todd, 13 grand-children and her precious Maggie.
