Carl Ann Smith, age 59 of Hiram died Tuesday, November 11, 2014. She is survived by her two daughters, Mary Oakes and Mia Recile, both of Bay Saint Louis, MS. There is no planned local services scheduled. West Georgia Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
