It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bryant Gerard Ri'chard, Sr., a beloved husband,, father, dedicated professional, and proud veteran of the U.S. Navy. Bryant passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 6th, 2025, at the age of 68.

Bryant was born on Wednesday, July 17th, 1957, in Lake Charles, Louisiana, to the late John Lincoln Ri'chard and Loney Marie Thibodeuax Ri'chard. He was a man of great integrity and kindness, traits that he carried throughout his life and career.

Bryant proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy, where he developed a strong sense of duty and camaraderie. After his military service, he transitioned to a successful career as a data processor with many IT companies, including FivServ, where he was respected and admired by his colleagues for his dedication and expertise.

Bryant is survived by his loving wife, Angela Renee' Shepherd Ri'chard, of Douglasville, GA, who stood by his side through life's many adventures and challenges. Their union was a testament to enduring love and partnership. He is also survived by two brothers, Christopher Ri’chard, and his wife Myrnad, of Arizona, and Winfred Ri’chard of Georgia; three children, Felicia Willis of Georgia, Bryant Gerald Ri’chard Jr. of Georgia, and Felton Willis of California; twelve nieces and nephews and twenty great nieces and nephews.

Bryant hobbies and interests include gardening, building 3-D wooden puzzles, fishing, gaming, completing odd tasks around the house, and decorating. He loved to cook and was a masterful sandwich maker.

In addition to his professional and personal accomplishments, Bryant was known for his warm spirit and unwavering support of those around him. His presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Arrangements have been entrusted to West Georgia Crematory, where Bryant's life will be honored in a private ceremony. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Bryant's memory to a charity of your choice, reflecting his generous spirit and commitment to helping others.

Bryant Gerard Ri'chard, Sr. will be remembered as a devoted husband, a dedicated professional, and a cherished friend. His legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
