Anthony "Tony" Tyrone Tillman

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Anthony Tyrone Tillman, a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend. "Tony," as he was known by his family and friends, was born on April 10, 1968, in Atlanta, Georgia, and passed away peacefully on August 4, 2025, in Austell, GA.

Tony was a technician with Comcast, where he worked diligently for many years, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues and clients alike.

Above all, he cherished his family. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Rosemarie Teixeira Tillman, four loving children: Ashley Tillman, Shelly Lynch, Lawrence Wright, and Mariah Tillman, who will forever hold his memory dear. His legacy continues through his nine grandchildren, who brought immense joy and pride to his life. Anthony is also survived by his siblings, Marty Maney, and his wife Sandra, Shane Tillman, and Gidget Chamlee.

Anthony was preceded in death by his father, Douglas Bruce Tillman, and his mother, Shirley Ann Pugh Tillman, as well as three grandchildren, whose memories he held close to his heart.

A service honoring Mr. Tillman's life will be announced at a later date.
