Angel Renee' Lowe,is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Robert Lowe,daughter Amanda Lowe of Powder Springs, parents Sally and Allen Noah, sisters Barbara Hartmann, Misti Noah both of IL and Terry Noah of OK, many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Angel enjoyed being a wife and Mother and like to read and bake.
