He also loved playing tennis, going on mission trips, traveling, and investing. He was the only child of Mildred Dry and William Douglas Kluttz but was blessed to have many cousins he thought of as brothers. He was born and raised in Spencer and was a lifelong member of Central United Methodist Church where he was very active in the many ministries of the church, especially the Costa Rico Mission team and the Circus Train Puppet Ministry. A visitation from 10-11 am will be held on Friday, March 6 with a memorial service following at 11 am at Central UMC at 200 Fourth St. Spencer. The family requests no flowers but memorials can be made to the church.
