
Liz Dinning, age 71 of Douglasville died Sunday, September 1, 2013 at her residence. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, William “Herschel” Dinning, their children, Terri Dinning Partain and Max Partain, Pam Dinning Sorrell-Bryant and Jeremy Bryant, Sandi Dinning Gore and James Gore and Kristi Dinning Dentler and John Dentler.
She has 7 grandchildren. Amber Sorrell-Strickland and her husband Daniel Strickland, Brad Partain, Allan Sorrell, Blair Partain, Chase Gore, Chasidy Gore and Ayden Bryant.
She has 1 great grandchild. William “Mason” Strickland.
She is survived by her only sister, Maxine Cooper and her husband Ross Cooper. Their children Ken Cooper, Chris Cooper and his wife Anna Cooper.
Elizabeth “Liz” Dinning was born on July 2, 1942 to the late Lester and Vivian Crone. She worked for years as office administrator at Lithia Springs First Baptist Church.
A memorial service will be held at 7 pm, Friday, September 6, 2013 at First Baptist of Lithia Springs. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to First Baptist Church of Lithia Springs in memory of Liz Dinning.
